Observer Observed by Jaime Acker was presented concurrently with Sutura by Abigail Reyes and Selected Works by CJ Davis. The photographic installation grew from a reciprocal portrait exchange between artists, evolving into an exploration of vulnerability, authorship, and the act of looking. Using handmade booklets and large-scale photographic works, Acker invites viewers to consider the shifting relationship between observing and looking, identity, and self-expression.
