The Liliana Bloch Gallery is pleased to present a new solo exhibition byVince Jones.Using found objects, discarded materials and recycled text in his sculptures and collages, Jones makes witty assemblages that suggest the neo-era of American arte povera and post-minimalism. Vince Jones lives and works in Dallas. He earned his MFA from the School of VisualArts, New York (1990), and his BFA from the Atlanta College of Art, Atlanta (1986). His work has been exhibited at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, Texas, RichlandCollege, Dallas, Texas, Pollock Gallery,Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, Shamrock Hotel Studios, Dallas, Texas, Kirk Hopper Fine Arts, Dallas, Texas, and the Kleinert/James Art Center in Woodstock, New York.
